I'm a sincere, down-to-earth, and playful coach who brings lived experience alongside deep professional training. My background spans 15 years as a Technology Consultant and Project Leader, followed by over a decade as a coach working with individuals and leadership teams across five continents.
What I do now is rooted in what I had to learn the hard way — how to regulate my nervous system, how to face the parts of myself I'd spent years managing around, and how to build a life that actually fits. I bring all of that into my work.
My story
Not a framework I studied.
A path I've walked.
For years I looked like I had it all together. A 20-year marriage, two kids, a career leading projects for global firms. Underneath, I was burning out. Anxious, over-functioning, performing confidence while living a life that wasn't truly mine.
When my relationship ended and I found myself navigating the Australian Family Court system alone — reading false allegations, watching my bank account drain, representing myself in federal court with no legal training — the façade broke completely. I lived in fight-or-flight for three years. I felt disconnected from myself, and people could sense it.
What got me through wasn't advice or strategy. It was doing the actual work. Internal Family Systems helped me understand the parts of myself that had been running the show without my permission. Somatic Experiencing gave my nervous system somewhere to land. Men's groups, a trusted mentor, and a commitment to meeting myself honestly did the rest.
I relocated to Melbourne and started again. I trained professionally in every modality that supported my own recovery. I remain in the work — in therapy, supervision, and ongoing training — because I know from the inside that growth doesn't finish.

A few things I believe in
Compassion
For the parts that got you here, and the parts that are trying to get you somewhere else.
Curiosity
Staying genuinely interested in what's underneath the surface, not rushing to the solution.
Honesty
Saying what I notice, even when it's uncomfortable. The work only lands if it's real.
Growth
Not as a destination but as an orientation. I remain in my own work because I believe it's ongoing.
Playfulness
Deep work doesn't have to be heavy. Lightness and humour are part of how I show up.
Presence
Bringing my full attention to what's actually happening in the room, not what I expect to find.
