You know the moment. Someone pushes back hard, your throat tightens, your mind goes white. You speak anyway. You're not sure it made sense. Hours later you're still replaying it. Your nervous system did that on purpose. It read the room as a threat and moved to protect you, faster than thought. Here you learn to feel it coming, and find your way back.

There's a zone where you think clearly and stay yourself under pressure. Push past the top edge and you're wired. Drop below the bottom and you're gone. Most of us leave it without noticing. The work is catching the move early, and finding your way back.

What you'll do

90 minutes, mostly spent in your own body

This is a working session, not a talk. The room is your lab. You'll track what's happening in you as it happens, and leave with tools you've already used once, under pressure, before you walk out.

Most of what people see in you, the clarity in a tense meeting, the steadiness in a hard conversation, rests on whether your system is settled underneath. That's what this trains.

  • You'll map your own window. Not the textbook version, yours. Where your top edge is, where your bottom edge is, and what tips you over each one.
  • You'll feel the shift live. We bring a little pressure into the room and you watch what your body does, so it stops being theory and becomes something you recognise.
  • You'll practise while your system is actually activated, not in a calm vacuum. The F-breath first, then a couple of others, so you know they hold up under load.
  • You'll find your own early warning signals, the tell that shows up before you lose the room, so next time you catch it at a 4 instead of a 9.
  • You'll practise coming back down on purpose, so one hard conversation doesn't take the rest of your day with it.

By the end you'll have done the thing, not just understood it. That's the part that sticks.
