If you have landed here, some part of you is curious. That is a good sign. It means your system feels safe enough to explore, and exploration is where change begins.

These are gentle, plain-language introductions to the approaches I draw on in our work together. You do not need any background in any of this. There is nothing to study and nothing to get right. Start wherever you feel drawn, and let one page lead you to the next at your own pace.

Getting to know your inner world

How it all fits together. Polyvagal Theory is the map of your nervous system. Somatic Experiencing is one gentle way of working with that map through the body. Internal Family Systems and parts work come at the same longing for wholeness from another doorway, by helping you befriend the different parts of who you are. In our sessions, I move between these depending on what your system is asking for. You do not have to understand any of it to begin. Your body already knows the way.

You can read about this for as long as you like. But the truth is, your nervous system learns through experience, not information. The clearest way to understand any of this is to feel it, safely, with someone alongside you.
