The work that goes where insight alone can't reach.
You've understood the pattern. Now let's actually change it. Somatic therapy, IFS, and executive coaching for people who are done with insight that doesn't move.
Your nervous system holds what your mind has spent years trying to think its way out of.
Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Integral Coaching. I didn't study these from the outside. I walked them first.
Change that is felt, not just understood: regulation, coherence, and a life that actually fits.
Somatic therapy & coaching in Melbourne
Not a framework I studied. A path I've walked.
Read Rudi's story →I spent 15 years as a technology consultant, then another decade coaching leaders across five continents. Based in Melbourne, I now work with individuals and leaders locally and internationally. What I do now grew out of what I had to learn the hard way. How to regulate my nervous system, face the parts of myself I'd been avoiding, and build a life that actually fits.
I bring all of that into the room. Not as a method I apply, but as a path I'm still walking. I'm still in therapy, still in supervision, still training. Growth doesn't finish.

You know something isn't working. This is for people who are done managing that and want to change it.
- To wake up without dread already waiting
- To set a boundary without replaying it for days
- To be in relationship, with yourself and others, without disappearing
- To feel without becoming overwhelmed by it
- To lead from steadiness, not performance
